Integrity Coaching®
Integrity Coaching® is a developmental process that equips managers with practical concepts and tools to coach people for increased productivity and job satisfaction. Grounded in the belief that a manager's primary role is to build people, Integrity Coaching includes:

- An eight-week follow-up course with accountability for application

Integrity Coaching® is often delivered by your certified facilitators or Integrity Services professional trainers. Certification courses are offered quarterly in Phoenix, AZ or can be conducted on site.
Congruence of Knowledge, Skills and Values
Successful coaching requires more than an intellectual understanding of coaching concepts. It is also influenced by beliefs and values. Managers learn to assess themselves in five key dimensions that influence coaching effectiveness.
Integrity Coaching® helps bring these dimensions into congruence, or alignment, through unique learning dynamics, structured application and positive peer reinforcement.

How Coaching Behaviors Change
The objective of Integrity Coaching® is to create new coaching behaviors which occur through time lapse, accountability to practice and positive reinforcement. Coaching processes and tools are introduced in a highly interactive one-day seminar.
The skills are then applied during a structured eight-week follow-up course where participants report on application and are recognized by their peers. These one-hour follow-up modules can be delivered through classroom, teleconference or blended learning formats.
